Sundeep has been a prominent figure in the creative industry with work experience spanning over 18 years. His creative journey began at the NIFT, New Delhi and later he advanced to refined his skills further at the Central Saint Martins College of Arts & Design in London. His career in the UK includes significant roles at the Omnicom Group, working on iconic brands like Vodafone, Eurostar, and London Underground. Upon returning to India, he became Ogilvy's youngest Associate Creative Director and later served as Creative Director at Grey Worldwide.

In 2019, Sundeep founded Cobalt Blue Inc. This venture was born from a desire to harness the profound power of storytelling, offering founders, startups, and established brands a means to communicate their ideas, articulate their brand vision, and engage with the market across various platforms guiding founders and brands towards realizing their fullest potential.
